RE:ContactScappelli thanks outside of the market being so weak in general for microcaps and especially junior miners this deal should unlock fundamental value on the battery supply side and PEA.  First Republic guys spoke with Don 2 days ago and said he expects he will deliver the PEA latest end of  September.
