fsamford thanks much appreciated.  One item of note Don Baxter reiterated last week that a PEA will be announced by end of September - so I believe we will see the important points in a news release by end of September and the actual filing of a complete PEA a month or so later.  So when Daniel and Jesse say end of November that would be for the complete package - we should see the CAPEX and OPEX numbers a couple months before that hopefully
