since ALP released its PEA, there has been rumors circulating in the industry that northern graphite will sue Don Baxter suspecting him to be using its proprietary technology....now the threat is official ! At that time i didnt want to discuss this issue in public forums because IMO its no good to spread negative rumors about a company, but now that its official I think ALP has even greater challenge and a serious interest to prove that their technology is REALLY PROPRIETARY...they need to work with a laboratory/scientists for that to happen, and even try to publish a patent....

so now they not only need to build a pilot plant for spheerical graphite but also work on a patented technology.

a lot of work awaits don baxter and his team at ALP.

Lets hope both northern and ALP and others (like GLK) would success in this challenge to produce spherical graphite, its good for the industry, for investors and for evryone.
