Update from Ann-Marie

Update from Ann-MarieWe have been incredibly busy and all is progressing on schedule. We hope that the fall will bring some more energy to the market and that some of the balls we have in the air will be ready to be disclosed soon. We are still in active discussions with several potential end users (which we are precluded from discussing at this time), and we continue to focus on producing and testing our 150kg batch of battery graphite materials. I believe that some investors are unaware of the time involved in this endeavor, but the battery characterization/testing takes months as the batteries need to be cycled. Also, the material itself is produced in a series of batches, which also takes time and is coming along nicely.

You may already be aware of this, but I will reiterate that when complete, this stockpile will be a significant achievement as we are aware of no other graphite development company who has produced battery graphite at anywhere near these amounts. It should be more than enough material to satisfy all sample requests for quite a while. Nor have any other graphite development companies validated their material through such extensive testing and qualification. The information we are gathering is critical to obtaining an offtake agreement. Also, having large amounts of material on hand to satisfy the requests of potential end users is also critical as they expect larger amounts after they have qualified their initial samples. Our stockpile is expected to speed up the entire process.
