No, no kidding.  Westwater won't need one under NASDAQ rules.  I recall $6MM as the estimate for a FS in the PEA.  CSPG never had that kind of money, so it never did one.

I agree with what you say, especially that it's bad for non-insiders.  That usually happens when forward looking statements don't come true.  Soon there won't be any staying with this company.  It will be part of a different one which, if it ever places Coosa into production, will have to compete with the likes of Syrah, the Amazon of graphite.
