can someone explain the Diff in stock

can someone help me understand the diff between these shares

curently i own ACRHFACREAGE HOLDINGS INC CL E SUB VTG SHARES (FIXED)

i know this one is on CSE and the have a deal in place but the break down of the deal in what happends if it does become legal on a federal level in the states. how would canopy assume shares of the company ? i know its .03 but is that only for the acrg.a.u ? whats the diff between them both ?
