Wow

those are the shittiest Finance terms I've ever seen. I haven't been able to get a response from investor relations at acreage today but my take on this financing is as follows

End of the line is still a far ways off. It depends on the reason for the short-term financing. Remember they now have access to 75 million dollars in total, which will buy them roughly six months to a year

i'm not sure but it is a reasonable question.  Risk capital got a whole lot more expensive recently by those willing to lend into a space that is looking at heavy attrition and failures.  Speakeasy almost matched Acreage for their financing with a deal that cost 55%.  I remember the days when excessive interest charges were called usuary and illegal.  Used to only get raked ...more
