RE:RE:RE:ACST to Face Investors They have 180 days, or 6 months to correct this..  By that time, there will be few more catalysts along the way and one of the two Trial Groups will be ready to report the results.. 

And well before that, speculators will be clamouring for some action.. So Not an issue..

If some one is worried that share price is trading a dime lower then the $1 threshold, they don't see the big picture..
