Acasti Pharma Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage biopharma company with drug candidates addressing rare and orphan diseases. The Company’s clinical assets have each been granted Orphan Drug Designation by the FDA, which provides seven years of marketing exclusivity post-launch in the United States, and additional intellectual property protection.

IT SEEMS THe issue is one of DHA diminishing the effectiveness of EPA. And the statin usage on the placebo can't be quantified.

So no matter what ,the info has to be rechecked and for sure more testing even at best.

so ACST is on hold for now.

Another example of why to be careful in the market. We are the target of MM's to get their butt's covered.
