Acasti Pharma Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage biopharma company with drug candidates addressing rare and orphan diseases. The Company’s clinical assets have each been granted Orphan Drug Designation by the FDA, which provides seven years of marketing exclusivity post-launch in the United States, and additional intellectual property protection.

Think on it this way,

If one were conducting a class and one student didn't understand...that would be a comprehension issue on the part of the student.

If one were conducting a class and a bunch of students didn't understand...that would be a communication issue on the part of the teacher.

With 5 sites not understanding the instructions...that is a communication issue that stems from Acasti.

And that inability to properly convey instructions has a multi million dollar price tag on it...

And they got rewarded with millions of options at what, 53 cents Canadian...
