Grace merger

This provides Acasti with a reason to exist after they announce the marketing of the Care Pre  product. Existing shareholder  will own 55% of the new shares and Grace will have 45% There is expected to be a  next phase.announcement re Care Pre

When the next announcement is made the stock price should increase significantly
