Another delay in the effective day is certain.

I see no indication that IMIC want to cancel the deal but they are draging their feet either because they are not competent in putting together the deals documentation or because they find any delay ...more

I am quite certain we will approve aquisition. If it is disapproved longs would lose lots of money as share price would head south fast and shorts would be very very happy!
