sept 16 voteFinally just received my number for internet voting. I vote no because the deal is klike to ast to a trustee to sell your house. You know it is very good value. The house is sold part cash and part debt. The trustee give to the acqueror the possibility to do what he want with the debt part.
Where it will be trade, when, price of conversion etc.
