First Offer! now a 15 day wait. Newswires quote deal value $223M usd, 147M pounds which is offer #3 for IMIC shares converted from 140p AFF shares. (all cash would be better, exch 1.57 = C$2.20) The big question in my mind is with POSCO. Posco is interested in AFF (MOU) to devlop these Iron Ore assets. Does Posco now make a Cash Bid for all AFF?
