what are the consequences/ramifications of their requesting this warrant extension? comments anyone?

if the share price ever rises over 30cent and the warrants are exercised it will raise money for the company. On the down side if the warrants are exercised it will add to the share count, dilluting current share holders. I think a little dillution for cash in the bank at this point would not be a bad thing.
