a fund raise?

a fund raise?

the float is so small. . .  i wonder if investment banks/funds could be using the old tactic (legit?) of shorting down to find equilibrium (buyers' jumping in), before taking up their new shares from an AGT issue to cover shorts and go long with?  it looked like that y'day and today, with volume swelling and tighter trading range.  they've tapped into a well of value buyers now, a better sign i think than light vol (and death by 1k cuts).  the fact that the company is silent after a week+ of this should(!) mean, no material change has occurred in the business operations--also no insider sales that i find.  IF it is a fund raise by share issuance, not debt, there should be a pretty good jump on the news.  hope Michael Sprung is still buying AGT.
