That however tells me nothing about the company. Regarding the insider sales you are mistaken. Clarification if you wish. The exercise of an option indicates a transaction of shares if they are in the money. This also shows on an exchange (51 - Exercise of options) if the option holder choses to keep his shares rather than sell them.The option shows as a sale (51 - Exercise of options). This is not a sale on an exchange as you understand it. Please use INK as the best indicator of the correct transaction. The TSX will show only the purchase of the shares resulting from the exercising of the option but not the option trade being exercised. Hope that helps. (Not so nutty now eh?).
