Don't count on that dividend!

Just did a lot of DD including India, Russia, Turkey etc. Pulse Prices are horrible and there is a huge glut in the market which is causing all sorts of political interference. AGT cannot justify it's current dividend in view of what is surely going to be an ugly Qtr. with more ugly to come over the next six months. Their financials are not that strong either. It would be a mistake not to eliminate the dividend right now! Also, it has come to my attention that a large shareholder has approached a major Toronto law firm about a class action law suit. The company has been way too liberal with their comments and they are now being reviewed as irresponsible. The stock was at $40.00 in April/2016. Sorry folks, I'm looking for a possible entry point but I don't believe it's now. Also, lets hope the weak balance sheet doesn't do them in. The fact that Fairfax financial is present at these prices is a warning in my opinion. Finally, India purchased 30% of AGT's crop in the past and they are very determined to never import again. I'm not bashing the stock, just doing my homework. GLTA
