Bid approved?

No news releases up, but given the sudden jump just minutes after 10 am, I take it the special resolution passed?

Hindsight is always 20/20, I regret sitting on the sidelines for this... my gut felt it would pass, but was just skeptical enough to not actually take a position.

I was the exact same.  I had actually sold about 25% of my position this morning as the skeptic in me thought it would not pass.  My guess is the same as yours that the special resolution passed (despite the 18% holder voting "no"), which is why the shares jumped.

It was approved. What happens now if you still hold the common shares? Will the $18 per share get put in my account?

Per their news releases, the deal is not anticipated to close until late Q1/early Q2. Until then, shares continue to trade. (as of time of this post, you could sell your shares for $17.87... you can decide if it's worth holding them another 2-3 months for an additional 13 cents).
