Nerves,

From what I have been told, what you say is accurate. If Mr. Young has no intrinsic value to Armtec I  have to wonder why Mr. Anderson keeps him when they have dismissed a number of very good and experienced managers.

It seems that there are a few "personal favourites" in place now. This at the expense of sound business knowledge and experience. I don't think Anderson has any favourites.  Well maybe one exception in Ontario.
