You're also still harping on that soundwall contract as if they still might not get it. Again, they cannot announce publicly that they have been selected unless they have in fact been selected. Do you know what Contract A is? Probably not, this is where they are at, they are in a Contract A situation, Armtec has been notified that they are successful, therefore, unless they are somehow in breach of contract and cannot supply, they will be getting this contract. If you are right on this, then Armtec is flat out lying and there is no intent to award the contract to them after all.....I doubt this is the case However, I do agree that this is not enough to save them......they have to do so much better and keep it up
