RE:RE:RE:RE:obviously there is some out there that disagree with you ...I tend to agree but comparing Armtec to Heidelberg is a stretch.
I think Armtec is limited to what it could disperse. They almost have to sell a complete business unit. This could be drainage but might have to be a plastic/steel split up. Precast is pretty much fragmented.  Quebec and East are orphans.

Someone to take the Brookfield debt? I would think that would have already been done. They could have avoided the massive expense to simply have access to more money.  This baffles me.
 
They have so much expense that isn’t required to run the business I don’t know why the board hasn’t addressed it.
The white elephant in Concord is a start – enough said.
 
Because the board hasn’t addressed some of the obvious it begs the question. Is the plan already in place?
