You make very valid points and observations.
Even with the latest re-org in the Drainage Division the same non-industry people are calling the shots and the continued lack of “knowledgeable leadership” will head them down the same familiar path.
They do not spend the time on customers that is required. They don’t consider their people as assets and it shows.
The Q3 call was not informative and analysts have clearly given up, as there were no tough questions.
The board is invisible and does nothing, which really makes me think Brookfield is just milking the cow until its ready for the barbeque.
Shareholders need to revolt but I imagine most of them work in the head office where the paydays keep them riding it out.
