HuberHuber Capital Management's disclosure list of holdings shows no stake in ARF. It's possible that shares could be held through a separately managed portfolio but the unrecognized loss would be substantial. I suspect Huber has sold out which may account for some of the trade volume over the past year or two. Either way there may be an instituion or private holder with more than a 5% stake who could be pursuaded to petition the company for a special meeting for the purpose of possibly electing some new directors and obtaining greater disclosure on what, if anything, is being done to save this enterprise.
