RE:RE:RE:RE:This is a huge strategic errorThere is always more than one way to get a deal done....Management should be working on it but I'm sure they aren"t...no vision. Perhaps sell for cash and shares...likely make more on the ADS shares as they know how to run the drainage side. Granted ADS wouldn't pay much for the assets but the additional market share (with a non compete) may be enticing. Just saying that if you have good management these things can normally be accomplished. This company lacks vision and planning i.e. management
