So most here are pretty bright and quick on the uptake. Look over at the market cap 1.1 million right? So share holder equity is at a number that is easily written off now. Shares gone and debt cleared. Brookfield is calling the shots and wants no other claims at the table. They have made overtures to market players for offers of pieces of Armtec. The show is over and all management has failed horribly Ironic that disassembly comes in q1 2015 == the year that armtec was going to turn the corner. Yah they turned the corner right into the garage to be stripped down and sold. Not sure where these shoemakers will find another easy job like this one. Hopefully they don't get severance and just cash in those super valuable options.
