The way I read it, I see a possibility. As per sales process agreement (the "Extension Agreement") with Brookfield Capital Partners Fund III LP ("Brookfield") will bouth all assets of ARMTEC for approxymatly 150M$ equal to the ARMTEC debt to Brookfield. First 150M$ is about 7.50$ per common share of ARF base on 20M shares. As a minimum, Bonds holders are entiltle to received 37.1747 shares x 7.50 $ (278.81$) per 1000$ face value plus accrued interest at 6.5% The other possibility Brookfield has to paid the full among base on a change of control
