The following means, all bondholders may request to receive all assets of ARMTEC in exchange of of our convertible bonds. Senior notes and bondholders can derailled the sale process to Brookfield. If there is (ii) (...), arrangement, (...) at the effective time of the transaction the right to convert a Debenture into Fund Units will be changed into the right to convert it into the kind and amount of cash, securities or other property which the holder would have received if the holder had converted its Debenture immediately prior to the transaction.
