Does not take much to be a pain in their rearA 5% shareholder can requisition a shareholders meeting—basically by sending a note to the board of directors—requiring the board to hold the meeting on whatever matter to which the shareholder is objecting.
Actually one does not need to own all the shares, they can get shareholders to sign off on their voting rights.
Not much Capital required $54,000 invested at current market achieves 5%
Just started to scratch around on Armtec financialy.
