RE:RE:Does not take much to be a pain in their rearAll most all exchanges have speaci circumstances in which management can avoid a vote of Sh due to time, at there press release : Any recovery would be limited to sale or investment transaction proceeds in excess of the amount owing to Brookfield and Armtec's other senior lenders, which will be nil in the event Armtec pursues the Brookfield,Transaction.
To me this sounds like it would best slightly more than nil, so to throw 54k at this would be cool hardie as the bird in the hand has a high probability of being dead which would mean the two in the bush has better value even though its not in the hand, the only thing missing in this release is "In the interest of all stakeholders " any release as such would be in my opinion a total loss of your/our/(my, VLCC), very little cash commitment, investment which would not be as thought
safe harbour
