Agreed....management (and by extension the board) agreeing to Brookfield's proposal has restricted any possible out. Lawyers would have a field day but then who would pay them! LOL

Not sure what Brookfield's end game is...likely break up the company, sell non productive assets, and sell the new company in a few years.....but only time will tell.
