RE:Confused about what is going on here

RE:Confused about what is going on here
My understanding is the Brookfield is in first position here and has gone through the legal minimum's to get things to this point. New Armtec will operate enough to achieve a performance that keeps the assets sellable. Most of the Ontario companies are dogs with the exception of Durisol. The former owner is poised to take back the business because he still owns the land and the building. PreCon has some major issues and needs plant consolidation and staff and talent reductions and improvements . The drainage side should be and will be dealt to a competitor -- Canada Culvert or AIL industries. Group Tremca in Quebec is worthless and will be sold for land value and pennies on the dollar for business. The poly side of drainage may be picked up by ADS but they may decide to raid the business by demonstrating their superior service and product. It wouldn't take much to pick up all the customers here. They would be smart to hire the abused Armtec sales force and thus elimante Armtec's ability to compete in the marketplace. Boucher Precast was a good company however the exit of several key employees has affected the plants performance. Look here for local companies to pick this company up for vertical integration purposes. Con Force out west is the best hope for Brookfield to reclaim their investment and more. While the market in western Canada might be a bit soft with the oil collapse it won't last for ever. I would run this group and maintain key staff and look to sell at the original acquisition price anytime from now to 3 years from now. Look at the recent Lonestar deal with Hanson. Mark Anderson and the entire senior team should be relieved of their duties as none really ever understood the business at all. #armtec @armtec Any other questions?? Just ask
