no it is HDPE (high density polyethylene commonly called big o or ribbed drainage , they also do earth stabilization in similar products called geo grid ....this is a fantastic company (from my dealings with them in the road and construction industry!!!!!!!!) I was always believing that they were private glad to see that they have taken to the market!!! they will do well . imho
