to have share price go as low as possible. So when it takes it over, it will get more than 99.9 percent of ARF without taking trouble to bankrupt it. That's why i put 0.01 bid here.

I understand your reasoning but I think when they say work it out in the courts it will be similiar to bankruptcy....they don't want to have to deal with the unions
