Binding offers April 22

According to the Q4 CC, next Wed is the targeted deadline for receipt of binding offers in their purchase/investment process.  Will be interested to see if anything has come of this...

Hibhly unlikely they have received offers...Brookfield has made it so they can't accept offers unless Brookfield is paid out....would require someone to purchase everything not parts of the company. Armtec should have refused and filed for bankruptcy. Think May 11 Brookfield will take over....if my memory serves me.

2G – I think they can accept offers and if combined, their proposition is better than the Brookfield proposal the multiple deals could be done.  If you work there that is what you should hope for and also hope that a company from the industry buys it. A drainage company for that group and a precast company for that group or groups. If you are a realist you probably think that Brookfield will ...more

I agree but have doubts on "multiple deals". I think Brookfield will take over and break it up. VP's and above should all have been terminated long ago (along with the board)....this company needs a good housecleaning and a turnaround specialist. Agree that either drainage or precast must be sold off. Still lean toward bankruptcy....someone will buy the good pieces and make them work ...more

ARF shareholders are paying to find buyers for ARF in one piece of in pieces.  Brookfiled will sell to them after it will get ARF in the new Co, at our expense and will keep all profit for itself.

Seems like it losded up on debt then had write downs by half and yet a lot still buy i mean look at the DBs they are up 90% yet shares are.02 down 20% i think the pre cast is where all the value is as the drainage has very lityle in the way of margins but a lot of seniors lost a lot of money re savings and they may notvgetvit bacm i mean where did it all go so wrong to have all the kling ons sing ...more

I think a company like TRMB could be interested in the drainage part but the various govs would need to have a program for drainage
