Season for Aquisitions
I would be very surprised if Armtec does not have any offers to be acquired. Nowadays many companies make acquisitions or start looking strategically for acquisition targets. And Armtec doesn't look that bad. Just take a look at Mega Precious Metals, V.MGP or Arcan Resources, V.ARN. The takeover of Arcan involved 1.3 billion shares at 11 cent/share and assumed $156 million worth of Arcan's debt.
