Class Action Settlement Cheque
For those of you involved, received my Class Action Settlement cheque from Marsh yesterday. I got about 20 % back of my total investment in ARF (Armtech). Certainly better than nothing, but I am out of here. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Best of luck to anyone who is still kicking this one around./ok2

I GOT ABOUT 30% OF THE "TOTAL NOMINAL ENTITLEMENT "THAT SHOWED ON MY CLAIM. ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THAT DISCREPANCY? SENT AN EMAIL TO MARSH BUT NO RESPONSE YET.

Same here...I got about 30% of my total net loss. They made the cheque payable to my registered account. wonder if I can just deposit it in my bank account?

I never received any notification . Do not understand bankrupt and still in buisiness ?
