Looks like investors may be missing out here IMHO this company is making cash and looks like contracts in place. CEO is buying shares all year long and there is not many shares out!!! ZERO dilution ...more

From march to August the CEO bought aprox 160,000 shares at roughly .15 share average. Not bad cant see before march, but always a good sign
