Stonepeak debt is sucking them dry. Adj EBITDA is only meaningful because it reminds us how much that debt is costing. On an EBTDA (not adding back interest) BASIS they will ALWAYS BE NEGATIVE and interest is a REAL CASH COST and has no equity equivalent as it would simply take too many new shares to eleiminate that debt even if they could..
