I hold a sizeable chunck of AD for the income so I share your frustrations.  The larger issue that the regulators and the market fail to address is the inherently inequitable market that the average investor has to survive in. The 'shorts' on AD in July increased 2.5x before the release of the negative quarterly report and guidance.  You can't tell me that such a massive shift in shorts was based on 'intuition'.  The same thing happened in 2015...a huge increase in short sells in July with a major drop in the stock in August.  Come on....??.  Coincidence? A few people made a huge profits on knowledge, in my humble opinon,  that only an 'opportunistic' few were lucky to have.  I am sure that if you and I had the same or prior info, we could make a few quick dollars also.  You think?
