I think s/p drop is overdone and have added to my position today, however, i will say that it will most probably take a quarter or 2 of decent results and or a resolution of the kmh situation to turn market sentiment positive i expect the next quarter to be decent and guidance to be reasonably good going forward. I doubt the divy will be cut unless more investments go bad.

yesterday scotia came out with an outperform rating with a 1 yr target of $33/sh. i doubt very much they would have done this with an earnings release upcoming without having had some detailed discussions with the company, jmho.

what i don't want to see is them rush into a bad settlement with kmh, they do seem very focused on taking their time and getting it done as best they can while dealing with the other more minor issues.
