While the rest of your post is garbage, the above is an important fact. Any company that acquires/consolidates other companies, or just takes a revenue stream like AD, is depending on the honesty of the books of their targets. Many times, things are not as rosy as presented, as AD has found out.

AD presently has three underperforming companies on the books, and that simply has to be corrected.
