RE:RE:Scotia - OUTPERFORM, todayLittle doubt?  Based on what?  This stock is performing terribly in a surging market, and has been performing terribly for over 2 years now.  Results are around the corner and yet the price has been dropping daily - back under $22.

A severe disappointment and a value trap.  Management here used to be top performers, but now they cant seem to get anything right.
