RE:AD Scotias Top Contrarian Pick in FinancialsComplete freefall today. Trading like garbage yet again. It's great that Scotia reiterates a $24 target. However, all the brokerages have been setting mid 20 - low 30 targets for two years, and we have yet to meet a single one of them.
