2) Bashers are bashing immediately after the NR. Bashers bash because generally they want to buy more shares! Bashers are heartless jackals and often the forebearers of what is to come, in this case a rise in the SP.
 
Both the above are good signs to me. Now to see how the markets like it! Too early at 7:45 AM to judge today's pre-markets.

Keep in mind, bashers not only want cheaper shares to buy today, they also love the fact that if they bought AD at $24.00 a while ago they now get more shares at the time of the dividend DRIP payment, when the shares are bought at the lower price now they get more of them to hold for when they go back up to the $24.00.
 
Don't sell your shares based on what the bashers post!
