RE:More thoughts on Attention Deficit stock

RE:More thoughts on Attention Deficit stockI am guessing my definition of short term is not causing me the stress and anxiety that your definition does (if indeed it is causing stress)

No denying its out of favour and stock is down big from the highs. As Alec Baldwin said in GlenGarry GlenRoss "it takes brass balls to buy and hold AD"

As long as management works out the problem files and sign new (good) partners the valuation will come back on track in the long term (my defination of long term)

Over three years and counting; that is not "short-term" by any definition. Share price is now back to 2011 levels. Yes, the dividend is wonderful but the 50% capital destruction in three years is not. Most Canadian high dividend payers have been toilet dwellers as of late, however, this is not an excuse for inaction. Management needs to do more to stabilise this ship. I would welcome a dividend cut if it went to reducing share count and debt. Time to wake-up Alaris!
