I agree. Happy to pick up some more as it looks like they just went on sale.

Regarding the potential problems at Providence as the cause of the decline, I think the sale is an overreaction. Some old shareholders had thier finger on the eject button with the impairments of the (fairly) recent past, so it's possible they have had enough and want out. I see it differently. Alaris worked some of their problems very nicely and this potential problem with a minor player, isn't representative I wouldn't think. Here is the list of entities Alaris has deals with:

SBI 14.8%
DNT 14.2%
Federal Resources 14.1%
Body Contour Centers 8.0%
Sandbox 7.7%
Accscient 6.9%
GWM Holdings 6.8%
Providence 5.6% (this is where national bank see a possible problem)
LMS 4.9%
PF Growth Partners 4.6%
Heritage 2.9%
ccComm 2.9%
Fleet 2.6%
Unify 2.4%
SCR 1.7%
Kimco 0.0%

To my knowledge, it's a flakey distributor of Providence's that is causing Providence grief, so it's one customer of one of Alaris's partners that may cause a problem. and it's not certain.

I think the sell off is an over reaction. Happy to buy some more and enjoy the enormous monthy dividend!
