The JV, which will be owned 60% by EMC and 40% owned by Acnos, should allow Emblem to commence exporting its products to Germany, with first deliveries expected to be made in mid-2019. Under the terms of the agreement, Emblem now has a 30,000 sq. ft. product innovation centre built to certified good manufacturing processes (cGMP) standards, which is expected to come online H2/19 in Germany. The facility is expected to provide advanced extraction technology needed to meet the demands of the German medical market. According to Prohibition Partners, the German medical cannabis market is expected to be valued at 7.8B by 2028. Acnos has 20,000 shops in Europa. GG?
