Just What is the Net Impact of this Settlement?

Just What is the Net Impact of this Settlement?I've read a lot of the original lawsuit related material (such as the following) but have to acknowledge I don't really understand the overall Net Affect of settlement upon Aleafia for the future. .
Clearly, the market is accepting the settlement positively but exactly how does this impact the company operations and business model, profitability?
