A change of control would be a sweet instant capital gain to par.  I took the gains / interest and moved on. I don't like this space. A CEO who throws "nickels around like manhole covers" but pays $8k per month on promotional articles targeting the dumb money.  The trolling is another red flag. I see supreme debentures are trading significantly lower.  Talk of ventures in South America are laughable - bit like taking sand to the Middle East.

the converts would get par in a take out which is probably a bigger premium than the equity would get but ok.

aphria cash goes a long way towards helping recovery if that's where we end up but these guys have a big cash position, a large market cap and have no problem raising equity so far.
